What About The Weather
We love Mother Nature - However, she's been known to have a tantrum or two.) You should know that in general, regardless of the weather, the show must go on.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer ticket refunds. Rest assured, though, in most cases, come rain-or-shine, the event usually takes place as planned.

Please don’t rely on the weather forecast to help you make up your mind whether to come to an event. In our experience “the forecast is usually wrong” for both good weather and bad.

About Parking
Arrive EARLY! (You will be too excited to sleep, anyway - it's time for you to Experience some Safe paranormal activity). We have zero control over traffic conditions, and we all know how traffic can be sometimes. So again, we strongly suggest you arrive early.

Each ticket contains a unique Entrance code that is give by Joyce by calling 678-653-2439. That's right, no waiting in lines for VIP ticket holders. After your ticket is verified, you will be issued a wristband. All VIP tickets must be purchased online using a major credit card.

Option #2: Preferred Tickets
Premiere seating at the “signs” Show - just behind VIP Ticket Holders. If the Ultimate “SIGNS” Show isn't for you, we have created a second option...Preferred Seating gets you into the event and with closer upfront seating. We have blocked off a section inside the forum where ONLY Preferred Seating ticket holders will be seated but tickets are limited and seating placement is awarded on a first come, first service basis. The tickets for sale are not assigned to any specific seat, but Preferred Seat ticket holders will be seated in the restricted, reserved area.
